jagadamiba.com (“we”, “our”, “us”), operated by JAGADAMBA LTD, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal data.

Data We Collect

• Account data: email, password (hashed), display name.
• Billing data: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Content data: text prompts, uploaded practice photos, mood inputs, and AI-generated outputs (alignment renders, guided videos).
• Technical data: IP address, device, browser, cookies, usage logs.

How We Use Data

• Provide and improve the Service.
• Process payments through Stripe.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and illegal use.
• Communicate about your account.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

Pose Photos & Body Data

When you upload an alignment photo, we extract anonymous skeletal keypoints (shoulders, hips, knees, etc.) to compose your alignment hint image. We do not run facial recognition on your photos, do not build a biometric profile, and do not match your photo against any database of identities. Skeletal data is discarded with the photo on the same retention schedule. If you are in the EEA / UK we do not consider this processing to produce “biometric data uniquely identifying a natural person” under GDPR Art. 9.

AI Model Training

Your content is not used to train third-party foundation models by default. We may use anonymized and aggregated signals to improve service quality. You can opt out of any internal training use in account settings.

Data Retention

• Account data: until account deletion.
• Content data: kept for up to 30 days after generation unless you save it to your library or delete it earlier. After deletion, content remains in operational cache for up to 30 more days for safety review, then is permanently erased.
• Billing records: 7 years (tax compliance).
• Logs: 90 days.

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you are in the EEA, UK (GDPR), or California (CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, delete, export, and restrict processing of your data, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Contact support@jagadamiba.com to exercise these rights.

International Transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries. We use Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

Children

The Service is not intended for users under 13. Users aged 13–17 must have guardian consent.

Changes to This Policy

We will notify registered users of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
