Digital Delivery Policy
jagadamiba.com (operated by JAGADAMBA LTD, Company No. 14465270) is a fully digital service. There is no physical product, no shipment, and no postal delivery. This policy explains exactly what you receive when you generate or purchase content, when you receive it, and what happens if delivery fails.
What Is Delivered
- Personalized guided yoga videos — MP4 files at 1920×1080 (horizontal) or 1080×1920 (vertical), 30 fps, with synchronized voice guidance, ambient music, and English subtitles. Lengths: 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes.
- Themed meditation videos — MP4, 5 or 10 minutes, ambient visuals plus guided narration.
- Alignment images — single 1080×1350 PNG/JPG annotated with red and green guidance overlays plus a short text hint.
- Chat session plans — structured JSON plan plus a human-readable summary, shown inside your account.
- Subscription credits — service usage units credited to your account balance, refilled on the first day of each billing period.
- Top-up credit packs — one-time credit balance addition, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
How Delivery Happens
- Delivery is exclusively electronic, through your authenticated jagadamiba.com account at https://jagadamiba.com/app. No email attachments. No postal mail.
- A modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox — current and previous major version) and an active internet connection are required to access deliveries.
- Subscription credits and top-up credits are delivered immediately on successful payment confirmation by Stripe (typically within seconds).
- AI-generated guided videos and alignment images are produced on demand. Generation typically completes in under 90 seconds and the result is then made available in your account library for playback or download.
- You will see clear in-app status during generation (queued → processing → ready) and a visual confirmation when the deliverable is available.
Delivery Time
- Subscription activation: immediate, on Stripe payment confirmation.
- Top-up credits: immediate, on Stripe payment confirmation. If credits are not visible within 5 minutes, contact support@jagadamiba.com.
- AI-generated video / image / chat plan: typically under 90 seconds from the moment you press the generate button. In rare situations of high load, generation may take up to 10 minutes.
Acceptance & Completion of Delivery
A guided video, alignment image, or chat plan is considered delivered at the moment its status becomes ready inside your account and the corresponding credits are deducted from your balance. A subscription is considered delivered at the moment the corresponding credits are made available on your account. A top-up pack is considered delivered at the moment the credits appear in your account balance.
Once delivered, the content remains available in your library for at least 30 days. If you save it to your library it remains available until you choose to remove it.
Failed Delivery & Re-Delivery
- If a generation request fails technically (e.g. the AI provider returns an error), the credits used for that specific generation are refunded automatically to your balance.
- If a generation completes but the resulting file does not play or is corrupted, contact support@jagadamiba.com. We will re-run the generation at no additional credit cost or, at our discretion, grant compensatory credits.
- If a payment confirms in Stripe but credits do not appear within 5 minutes, contact support with your Stripe receipt; we will reconcile manually.
Geographic Availability
jagadamiba.com is available worldwide except where prohibited by export controls or local regulation. All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
Service Continuity
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime for the playback and account functions. Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 24 hours in advance via the in-app notification banner. AI generation depends on third-party model providers; while we operate fallbacks, brief degraded windows are possible and credits used during a degraded window are refunded as described above.
Account Required
All deliveries are tied to the account that paid for them. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. To download invoices or re-access prior generations, sign in at https://jagadamiba.com/login.
